Toile Emoi 2019 was the first exhibition I participated in. It's a group exhibition held annually in Jurbise at the Jacques Galant Cultural Center.

I received my first real artistic feedback and constructive criticism that weekend. I felt a bit like an alien the first time I exhibited there, because my work stood out. Most of the other artists had pieces in very classical and academic styles.

I made some extraordinary connections there, and since then, I've exhibited there twice more, in 2023 and 2024. I even invited some of the artists I met at those events to exhibit at the ST'Artgallery, where I currently work.
